The color Red gets a bit of a bad rap in Magic. I’d contend it’s secretly the most versatile color, especially in various Standard formats. Today, we’re taking a look at some of the examples of Red’s versatility through the years, highlighting the various times that a dominant Red deck actually played like other colors, and did a good impression! I’m also highlighting the strengths of the color as a whole, so you too, can make your opponents see red!
