Rather than talk about the Banned and Restricted Update in complete detail and speculate on specifically Modern, I thought it would be more useful to take a look at the ripple effects typically created by a banning in a format. Whether it’s Standard, Modern, Legacy, or even Pauper, there’s always a bit of a life cycle to the format when it’s shaken up by a big change in the banned list. What’s good now?
